Job Description

We are looking for a team of three individuals to manage the dlo and supply chain and drive productivity of operatives and maintain a high level of communication with our customers.

We're recruiting an experienced Planner to join a busy repairs team, supporting the efficient scheduling, coordination, and management of maintenance and repairs work. This role plays an important part in ensuring daily workloads are planned effectively and delivered within agreed timescales.

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders, and support the smooth delivery of operational services.

About the Role: Planner

As a Planner, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily workloads and supporting the efficient delivery of repairs services by managing scheduling, monitoring job progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

What you'll be doing: Planner

  • Coordinating and managing daily workload allocation (DLO and supply chain activities)
  • Supporting efficient delivery of repairs services by improving operative productivity
  • Monitoring job progress and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Assisting with scheduling, planning, and administrative support for operational teams
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping and timely updates across relevant systems
  • Adjusting schedules where required to support service demands and priorities
  • Contributing to the smooth running of a busy repairs and planning function

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced administrative or planning environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
