Title: EL/PL Solicitor/CILEXLocation: Preston, Lancashire A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its highly regarded defendant insurance litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Opportunity You will manage or assist on a range of defendant insurance litigation matters, including complex EL/PL claims involving liability, personal injury and contractual disputes. This role offers you exposure to high quality work, opportunities to develop technically and the chance to work closely with insurers and commercial clients within a nationally recognised team.About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
- Experience handling EL/PL or defendant personal injury claims
- Enthusiastic about this area of law and keen to progress
