Customer Service Advisor
Manchester City Centre
14.50 per hour
37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: 1st June
12-week temporary contract (potential for extension)
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer queries
Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
Maintaining compliance with company policies and data protection standards
About You
Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
