Your new company Hays are currently recruiting a Substance Misuse Support Worker on a temporary ongoing basis based in Stoke-on-Trent. Your new role Your new role will be working as a Substance Misuse Support Worker for the business. You will have your own caseload of customers who are experiencing substance misuse and addiction issues, and work closely with them in their journey of recovery. You will be ensuring they are following their support plans, signposting to relevant services, liaising with internal and external bodies, referring them to services where appropriate and providing emotional support. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered, you must have proven experience in a similar role working closely with customers facing substance misuse / addiction issues and a full UK driving licence.
