Salary Package: up to 550 per day negotiable depending on experience

NonStop Care is currently supporting one of the local authorities in Greater Manchester, with the recruitment of a Locum Educational Psychologist to cover for a person in the team who is on sick leave.
Working pattern: Hybrid (face-to-face work in schools alongside home-based report writing)
This opportunity offers a balanced caseload across statutory and traded services, with a strong emphasis on delivering tailored support to schools through established service level agreements.
Key responsibilities of the Locum Educational Psychologist:
- Deliver services to schools under a service level agreement model
- Carry out individual assessments and consultation work based on school needs
- Manage a mixed caseload (statutory work not predominant)
- Work within a defined patch area
Requirements of the Locum Educational Psychologist:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a local authority EP service
- Ideally experience within a traded service
- Strong commitment, reliability, and ability to manage workload independently
