Long-Term Temporary Site Administrator
Location: Peterhead
Start Date: June / July 2026

We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a construction project based in Peterhead on a long-term temporary basis. This role will involve supporting the site management and HSE teams with the smooth day-to-day running of the project and ensuring all administrative processes are maintained to a high standard.

This position would suit someone with previous construction or engineering sector experience who is organised, adaptable and confident working within a busy site environment.

• Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation
• Taking and issuing detailed meeting minutes
• Supporting site teams with general administration duties
• Updating trackers, spreadsheets and internal systems
• Assisting with health & safety documentation and PPE records
• Managing office consumables and coordinating with external suppliers
• Uploading and organising project documents within the company databases
• Carrying out general office duties, including scanning, filing and document preparation
• Providing basic support with Microsoft Office and document formatting

• Previous experience within construction, engineering or similar industries
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident in communicating with internal teams and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Close attention to detail and a professional approach
• Flexible and proactive attitude

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
• Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening required
• Local candidates preferred due to project location
