Income Specialist Stoke-On-Trent Permanent Full-Time Hours per week - 35 The role As our client continues their period of growth, this role will play a key part in strengthening their income management service and supporting investment across their communities. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by driving performance, supporting customers with care and fairness, and helping shape a service that delivers positive outcomes for the future. This person will be responsible for leading a team of income officers and ensuring their income collection services are the best they can be, processes and systems are streamlined and fit for purpose and targets are met. They will also manage a caseload of complex cases, train customer facing teams and produce reports as required. What you'll do: Oversee rent and service charge recovery activity across the Group, ensuring performance targets are met. Ensure rent setting and service charge processes are completed accurately, on time, and in line with legislation.
