Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for groundworks and civil engineering projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs and pricing exercises
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Produce and submit tenders within deadlines
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams
