Insight Planner/Data Research Insights/Lead or Principal level/Customer Insights Manager/Data Insight/User human centered.
Location- Manchester or London base once a week. Public Sector client
Start date July for 9 months
Rate £550-650 pd Inside IR35/Umbrella
You will be expected to attend their base office a minimum of 1 day per week, however they would need to be available to do 2 days if required.
Clearance:
BPSS and SC eligible at minimum SKILLS:
Experience of synthesising multiple sources of data and insights and compiling into compelling stories
b.Excellent communicator, both in presentation skills and pulling together slide decks/visuals and innovative content
c.Strategic thinker who can join the dots and identify themes within qual and quant data
A knowledge of Story telling/Narratives

e.The successful applicant will need to leave a Legacy behind, coaching role modelling and upskilling are important in this position
f.Ideally if you have managed a team in the past, while you won't be managing in this role, you will need to get the best out of others within the team
Must have experience in large scale, complex organisations, as opposed to smaller scale start ups/agencies
A Lead, principal or senior user researchers would be well suited, in addition to customer insight managers within marketing teams
There are 7 people in the team -You will be the sole insight planner.
This is a new role within a newly formed team, the team is trialling the Insight Planner position.
The existing team consists of performance analysts, user researchers, a designer, product manager and delivery manager.
There is lots of opportunity to shape the work and get things set things up, so the team needs a self-starter/go getter who will proactively seek out the work required
An understanding on the product space and how this differs to market research and Team work is crucial for this role.

FORMAT OF THE INTERVIEW:
c.The plan is to ask candidates to share a piece of their work and talk it through. There will be a short brief provided nearer the time.
Ideally, the candidate would demonstrate how they have converted multiple sources into a compelling output, showing research reports, data, survey results, their first draft and final output (Including infographics and video content)
