The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and extensive technical expertise on SAP HCM System with a good understanding of SuccessFactors. Role and Responsibilities Acting as a core member of the SAP specialist team, the candidate should be able to work independently and part of a team who demonstrates initiative and will be the SPOC for Business Partners/Service managers and work collaboratively across multiple work streams to ensure successful delivery of SAP HCM Projects. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Projects from Design to deployment of HR Solutions Ensure that HR Solutions developed is consistent with the Standard Definition and are stable, scalable, and secure Experience Required Certified in SAP HCM and Success Factors modules Multiple Project life cycle experience of Implementation and Rollouts on SAP HCM System Good understanding of HR processes (Employee life cycle).
