The Person: The successful Chartered Building Surveyor (Senior Building Surveyor) will have experience of working on a range building surveying projects and will have an aptitude for mentoring less experienced team members. They will be Chartered, ideally with 2+ years post APC experience. We will also consider candidates who are recently Chartered and demonstrate the right attributes for development, or candidates who are more experienced, with over 2 years' APC experience and who have the client connections required to generate additional business. The salary offered and the benefits package will be highly competitive and will reflect your level of experience. Salary and Benefits.
