Powakaddy is expanding its customer services team. You will play a key part in that team as it grows, with real influence over how the work is done. Role Purpose As part of the internal Sales Team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience.You will support customers and end users with a range of pre-sales and after-sales enquiries, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and efficient. What you will be doing Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email to customers, retailers and end users. Build positive relationships with customers through patience, empathy and effective communication. Process orders accurately and provide advice on pricing, stock availability and product information. Arrange product collections, returns and replacement orders where required. Accurately record customer interactions and case notes within the CRM system. Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Technical Support and Finance to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently. Support the wider team with administrative and departmental tasks as required What success looks like By the end of your first year, you will: Confidently manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution. Have a strong understanding of the PowaKaddy product range and services. Consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Be recognised as a trusted and reliable member of the Customer Services team. Support ongoing improvements to customer service processes and team performance. Desirable Previous experience in a customer service or customer support environment.
