Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the Head Chef with the overall operation of kitchen services Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met Managing stock control, ordering, and reducing waste where possible Training, mentoring, and supporting junior members of the kitchen team Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence What we're looking for This role would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready to step up, or an established Sous Chef who enjoys working in a quality, driven kitchen environment.
