- Private Client Solicitor to manage a broad range of private client matters including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
- Family Investment/ Personal Investment Companies
- Succession planning for businesses
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activities
- Contributing positively to the growth and culture of the team
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
Candidate Profile You will be:
- Experienced Private Client Solicitor in England & Wales
- Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware and proactive
- Private Client Solicitor who is compassionate, approachable and client-focused
