Trainee Assembler Salisbury £12.71 per hour

You're good with your hands, you like to understand how things work, and you want a role where you can build real skills in a specialist environment. • Building electronic and mechanical assemblies to a high standard
• Soldering and wiring components accurately
• Reading and working from technical diagrams and specifications
• Using hand tools correctly and safely
• Carrying out basic inspection of completed work
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

As an Assembler, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in an electronics, manufacturing, or assembly environment (desirable)
• Ability to follow technical diagrams or written instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks
• Good hand-to-eye coordination and a methodical approach
• Willingness to learn and take on new skills
