This is a varied role where you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, act as a key point of contact for customers and third parties, and ensure matters are progressed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and cases
- Responding to telephone, email and written enquiries
- Liaising with clients, customers, solicitors and other third parties
- Providing regular updates and resolving queries
- Reviewing account information and maintaining accurate records
- Negotiating and agreeing suitable outcomes where appropriate
- Handling disputes and escalating issues when required
- Ensuring service levels and quality standards are maintained
Desirable Experience
- Previous account management, customer service or administrative experience
- Experience working within property, legal, financial or professional services environments
- Experience handling disputes or complex customer enquiries
