Responsibilities:As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact
Plan, lead, and review audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Provide strategic business advisory support, including tax planning, cash flow management, and business growth guidance
Build strong client relationships, handling queries proactively and delivering a high standard of service
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, maintaining quality and consistency across the team
As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will need
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong experience within accountancy practice, including managing client portfolios
Proven audit management experience, including planning, reviewing, and leading audit engagements
Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, and UK auditing standards
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
