The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner you will be a key member of your room team, delivering high-quality care and early education to children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities, build meaningful relationships with children and their families, maintain accurate observations and learning journeys, and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, BTEC or equivalent)

• Solid hands-on experience within an EYFS setting

• A warm, nurturing and professional approach

• Strong communication skills and a genuine team player

• Good understanding of safeguarding procedures

• Paediatric First Aid (desirable)

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
