Job Description
We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive on behalf of a a growing organisation within the manufacturing sector. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative team where you'll play a key role in supporting sales activity, specification processes, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and communications and prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Maintain CRM systems and accurate customer records
- Support sales activity, reporting, and lead generation
- Communicate with customers and follow up on enquiries
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in sales support, administration or telesales desirable
