What you'll be doing Join the House of Commons, part of the UK Parliament, as a Lead Health and Safety Business Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing safety culture at the heart of one of the world's most iconic institutions. In this senior leadership position, you'll lead a team of Health & Safety Business Partners, partnering closely with business areas across both the House of Commons and House of Lords to deliver expert advice, drive continuous improvement, and embed a data-led approach to health and safety management.This is a unique opportunity to influence safety strategy at scale. You'll act as the lead competent safety professional for your area, ensuring consistent support across critical activities while developing and delivering impactful health and safety workplans aligned to the wider Parliamentary strategy.Working collaboratively with fellow H&S Leads and senior stakeholders, you will use management information and trend analysis to drive performance improvements, support incident investigations, and promote innovation in process and practice.This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 60% of your time in the office. What we're looking for NEBOSH Diploma/or other professional safety related professional qualification (or evidence of working towards).
