This Residential Property Associate opportunity offers the chance to work on some of London's most valuable and prestigious residential transactions. The Residential Property Associate will advise an exceptional client base that includes entrepreneurs, business owners, family offices, trustees, private investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on the acquisition, disposal and management of prime and super-prime residential property.

The successful Residential Property Associate will join a firm known for delivering City-quality legal advice within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Residential Property Associate Role

The Residential Property Associate will advise on a broad range of high-value transactional matters, often involving complex ownership structures, trust arrangements and international considerations.

Work will include:

Acquisitions and disposals of prime and super-prime London property

High-value freehold and leasehold transactions

Property acquisitions involving trusts, offshore structures and family offices

Portfolio management and restructuring matters

Advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals

Residential financing and refinancing transactions

Landlord and tenant matters connected to residential assets

Complex title investigations and property structuring

Development acquisitions and strategic land matters

Coordination with private wealth, tax and trust specialists on multi-disciplinary matters

The Residential Property Associate will enjoy significant client exposure and will be encouraged to take ownership of matters while working closely with highly experienced partners recognised as leaders within the private wealth sector.

The Residential Property Associate

The successful candidate is likely to have:

4+ years' PQE gained within a recognised residential property practice

Strong experience handling high-value residential transactions

Experience advising high-net-worth clients

Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law

Confidence managing transactions from instruction through to completion

Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills

Commercial awareness and attention to detail

A collaborative approach and desire to build long-term client relationships

Experience working with trusts, private wealth clients or complex ownership structures would be advantageous
