• Location: Peterborough, Orton Southgate
• Pay: 13.50 - 15.00 per hour
• Temp to Perm
• Schedule: (Apply online only)/1400/2200/2200/0600 Monday to Friday (Nights does not run permanently but must be willing to work night shift for a short period when it gets busy)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to maintain high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain product quality and production efficiency
• Work collaboratively as part of a shift team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Hands-on experience operating machinery
• Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
