With the majority of work located throughout London and around the M25, applications are welcomed from candidates based within the M25 and surrounding area Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair faults on split systems, multi-split units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation equipment, and associated plant. Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and emergency breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Complete installation, commissioning, and testing of new air conditioning systems as part of refurbishment and project works. Conduct refrigerant leak detection, recovery, charging, and handling in accordance with current F-Gas regulations. Perform routine inspections and system performance checks to maximise efficiency and reliability. Work across a diverse client base including commercial offices, educational facilities, healthcare environments, industrial sites, residential developments, and public sector properties. Accurately complete service reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance records. Identify and report remedial works, system improvements, and replacement requirements to management and clients. Liaise professionally with site managers, facilities teams, subcontractors, and end users. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, industry best practice, and company procedures. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle to a professional standard. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience working with Air Conditioning or HVAC systems. City & Guilds Category 1 F-Gas qualification. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Experience carrying out maintenance and repair work within commercial environments. Full UK Driving Licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Desirable: Experience with ventilation systems and associated mechanical building services. Additional HVAC or mechanical qualifications. Experience working within facilities management or building services environments.
