Line manage, oversee and mentor team members, managing and supporting their performance to build their professional capabilities. Use metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Review evaluations of project outcomes to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices. 12. SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)We are seeking a caring, patient, and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a positive and inclusive learning environment.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Summary We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant at Harris Primary Academy Mayflower to support individuals and groups of Nursery children to enable access to learning, contributing to the development and maintenance of a purposeful, nurturing learning environment. The actual salary for this role will be £ hours per week, 38 weeks per year). This is a 12-month fixed-term contract from September 2026. ?
