Maths Teacher
Location: Lincoln
Salary: 32,916 - 51,048 MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: September 2026

Clarence Recruitment is working with a successful secondary school in Lincoln to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for the new academic year starting September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Mathematics department, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced candidates. The successful applicant will inspire students to develop confidence and proficiency in mathematics while achieving excellent academic outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
Be confident delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4
Have the ability to teach A-Level Maths (desirable)
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be passionate about raising attainment and student progress
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be a collaborative and proactive member of the Mathematics department
