Commercial Property Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal are seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client s expending team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded legal professional to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role:

You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
• Landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licenses
• Commercial developments and site acquisitions
• Property finance and secured lending
• Advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to investors and developers

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancing
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Capable of managing a varied caseload independently
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
