Your Role

You'll be a key part of the classroom, supporting students to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups (including ASD, ADHD & communication needs)
• Help students build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence
• Use creative, adaptable approaches to support learning
• Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff
