Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, business insight, and operational support across the site.
Responsibilities will include:

Producing monthly management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet reportingDelivering insightful financial analysis to support business decision-makingSupporting annual budgets and quarterly forecastsMonitoring financial performance against budget and analysing variancesDriving cost control initiatives across operational departmentsSupporting stock counts and inventory management processesEnsuring accurate stock valuation and reconciliationAssisting with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirementsPartnering with operational managers to improve business performanceIdentifying opportunities for process and system improvements

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a motivated and proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment with the following skills and experience:
Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA statusPrevious experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience producing monthly accounts to tight deadlinesStrong ERP systems experienceAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHighly organised and detail-focusedCommercially minded with strong analytical skillsComfortable managing multiple prioritiesProactive with a continuous improvement mindsetA collaborative and approachable team player
