Role: Production Operative

Location: South Cerney

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing client in South Cerney. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a production line to ensure products are processed efficiently.
• Carrying out assembly, packing, and labelling duties.
• Performing quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Following production schedules and meeting daily targets.
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
• Adhering to company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with stock movement and general operational tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to duties and working hours.
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.
