Accounts Administrator responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with general enquiries
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Processing weekly timesheets and supporting payroll administration
- Managing supplier accounts and resolving account queries
- Assisting with account reconciliations and general finance administration
- Maintaining accurate records and updating office systems
- Supporting applications, valuations, and cost tracking where required
- Providing administrative support to directors and colleagues across the business
Accounts Administrator skills/competencies:
- Previous experience within a similar role desirable
- Good working knowledge of accounts administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
