Job Description

A specialist boutique property law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing property team. This Conveyancing Paralegal role offers exposure across residential and commercial conveyancing matters, supporting fee earners through the full transaction process. The Conveyancing Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across sales, purchases, leases, remortgages and post-completion work. This Conveyancing Paralegal opportunity is suited to someone looking to build technical experience within a focused property law environment.



The Company?

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will join a specialist property-focused law firm with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial transactions. The team is structured, supportive and provides close supervision from experienced fee earners, offering exposure to a broad range of property matters within a busy practice.



The Role

As the Conveyancing Paralegal you will support fee earners across a varied caseload of property transactions.

The role will include:

Supporting residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
Preparing contract packs and supporting transaction progression
Raising and responding to enquiries
Reviewing title documents, leases, searches and mortgage paperwork
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third parties
Preparing reports on title under supervision
Submitting Land Registry and priority applications (OS1, OS2, K16)
Assisting with AP1s, Certificates of Title and post-completion formalities



The Conveyancing Paralegal?

You will have previous conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the property transaction process from instruction through to completion.

The Conveyancing Paralegal must have:

Experience within a conveyancing role in a law firm
Exposure to residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold work
Experience assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages or transfers of equity
Understanding of the conveyancing process end to end
