Warehouse Operative!
Location: Tadley, RG26 (you must be able to drive due to the location of this client)
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: 13.35 per hour
Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity in the heart of the Transport & Logistics industry? We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our vibrant team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start! This role will initially run until the end of September, with the potential for extension based on business needs and workload.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break
- Total Paid Hours: 39.5 per week
- No Weekend Work
- Overtime Available
- Pay Rate: 13.35 per hour
About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a reliable, hardworking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. As part of a small but busy warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during our peak summer period.

- Punctuality and strong attendance record are essential!
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow!

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing products accurately
- Hand wrapping and robot wrapping pallets
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock handling and general warehouse duties
- Supporting overall warehouse operations for maximum efficiency
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- FLT Counterbalance licence is advantageous but not required
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Own transport is essential due to location
Additional Information:
- Full training will be provided upon starting!
- We primarily handle lightweight products, though some items are larger. Larger items will always be managed as a two-person operation.
- While a Counterbalance FLT licence would be beneficial, minimal forklift driving is required since we have qualified FLT drivers in our team.
