We re hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Rubicon team and launch & grow a new BD-led desk within the commercial team. What you ll be doing day-to-day as the Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Building a new client pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and market mapping

Winning and managing relationships across a range of sectors focusing on commercial recruitment

Running a full 360 process: client meetings, role briefs, sourcing, qualifying, shortlisting, offers

Staying consistent with activity: calls, meetings, follow-ups and momentum
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant you ll bring:

Experience in business development, account management or 360 recruitment

Confidence selling a service to the B2B market

A background that could include lettings, estate agency, or agency recruitment

Strong communication, commercial judgement, and the resilience to build from scratch

Confidence using a CRM and strong organisation
