Finance Administrator 2 Month Contract (Urgent Start)

Location: West Byfleet
Contract: 2 Months
Rate: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour PAYE
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our client on an initial 2-month contract with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in finance administration who enjoys supporting a busy finance team and is happy working across a range of transactional finance duties.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Administrator

  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • Supporting Accounts Receivable activities
  • Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
  • Assisting with general finance administration
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and data
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks

The selected Finance Administrator will meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience within a finance administration or accounts support role
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
