ANSA Elevators are a highly-skilled and dedicated team delivering lift maintenance, repair, modernisation and new installation services for a wide range of customers and industries across the UK. Due to company growth, a trainee administrative role has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to start their admin career in a supportive enviornment.
The working hours for the role are 8:00am-4:30pm with a 45 minute lunch break.
The key duty of this role will be to provide effective administration and support to the Service Repair Department.
Duties:
Raising Purchase Orders in accordance with instructions
Assisting with ordering of parts
Assisting with processing customer enquiries by email and telephone
Answering incoming telephone calls
Typing up of site reports
Communication with team/office and customer carried out in a timely, professional manner
Provide basic admin support to field staff
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
To undertake other ad hoc duties as requested by Line Management
Skills/Qualifications:
GCSE English and Mathematics grade C/4 and above
Good IT skills required
Good organisational skills
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Good people skills
A professional person, able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
Able to use sound judgment, employing discretion as appropriate
Level headed, capable of keeping order in a high pressure target driven working environment
