We're looking for Customer Relations Advisors to join our friendly and supportive team on a 16-week temporary contract, with the possibility of securing a permanent role for successful candidates.
As a Customer Relations Advisor, you'll be providing outstanding service to customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and efficient. This is a multi-skilled role where no two days are the same.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.
A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to different customer enquiries.
Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres or similar environments is desirable but not essential.
36 hours per week
Working 5 days out of 7
Various shift patterns available.
A fixed working day at the weekend is required.
Following your initial training and once you've successfully reached the required competency level, you'll have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week, provided you have a suitable home working environment.

16-week temporary contract
Opportunity to apply for permanent positions following the temporary assignment, subject to business requirements.
Candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre as part of the selection process.
