Your caseload will include:
- Financial remedy settlements and applications
- Separation agreements
- Cohabitation disputes and ToLATA matters
- Cohabitation agreements
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse matters, including FLA applications
- Child arrangements matters

To be considered, you should:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in Family Law, although exceptional NQs will also be considered
