Salary: £90,000 - £105,000 + benefits and bonus

Role Overview
As a Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex engineering solutions, providing technical direction across the full development life cycle from design through to deployment. You'll work closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to define technical requirements, shape solution architecture and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
Alongside leading a team of engineers, you'll provide hands-on technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews and promoting engineering best practices. You'll also play a key role in improving development processes, managing technical debt, mitigating technical risks and championing quality through automation, testing and CI/CD, ensuring the team delivers scalable, high-quality solutions.

This is a permanent opportunity based in London, operating on a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office. The role may require occasional out-of-hours support and limited travel where necessary.
