Our client, a leading business in the IT sector is seeking a strong 2nd Line Engineer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a 2nd Line Engineer to their team, working closely with the existing Help Desk to support a broad range of clients with their technical faults and issues, both remotely and on-site.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support role, ideally working on and managing 2nd Line support requests, where you are used to working with users of all levels, providing a high level of technical and customer service at all times, whilst working on a range of day-to-day tasks and project work.
Due to the requirements of the role candidates will be required to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
