Job Description

I am partnering with a leading Reinsurance Broker looking for an OpenTWINS superuser to become the subject matter expert across their Technical Services function.

In this role you will act as the go-to expert for OpenTWINS, helping to drive consistency, efficiency and best practice across the business while supporting system enhancements, process improvements and user engagement.

The Role

  • Act as the primary OpenTWINS Subject Matter Expert across the business
  • Support and advise Technical Services teams on system functionality, best practice and technical processing matters
  • Manage OpenTWINS administration, including user maintenance, templates and configuration
  • Lead user training and support colleagues in developing their OpenTWINS knowledge
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Experience

  • Extensive experience within London Market Technical Processing
  • Expert-level knowledge of OpenTWINS is essential
  • Strong understanding of Technical Services processes and associated operational controls
  • Experience delivering training, coaching or knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • IT literacy in Word, Outlook and Excel
