A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing Real Estate team. This Real Estate Paralegal role offers the opportunity to support solicitors on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, real estate finance and development work. The successful Real Estate Paralegal will gain exposure to complex transactions while developing their technical legal skills within a professional and collaborative environment.
The successful Real Estate Paralegal will join a respected international law firm known for delivering high quality legal advice across a wide range of sectors. The Real Estate team advises clients on complex property transactions and provides a supportive environment where junior legal professionals can develop their experience.
As the Real Estate Paralegal you will support the Real Estate team across a variety of commercial property transactions.
The role will include:
Supporting commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and financing matters
Assisting with transaction coordination and closing processes
Reviewing title documents, searches and property information
Supporting due diligence exercises and preparing transaction documentation
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence and closing documents
Conducting legal research and reviewing relevant legislation and regulations
Preparing and maintaining transaction files and records
Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties throughout transactions
Assisting with pre completion preparation and post completion requirements
Maintaining accurate time recording and case management information
You will be an organised and detail focused individual with an interest in developing a career within commercial real estate law.
The Real Estate Paralegal must have:
Previous paralegal or legal support experience within Real Estate, Commercial Property or a related area
Understanding of commercial property transactions would be advantageous
Experience with title reviews, due diligence and document preparation
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach with strong problem solving skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
25,000 to 30,000 salary
Exposure to high quality commercial real estate work
