A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its London conveyancing team. This Residential Property Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property transactions, supporting fee earners across the full conveyancing process. The Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands-on experience from file opening through to completion and post completion matters. This Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is suited to someone looking to develop their career within residential property law in a supportive and structured team environment.

The successful Residential Property Paralegal will join a respected law firm with a strong Residential Property team acting for a wide range of clients. The team provides a collaborative working environment with structured supervision, ongoing training and exposure to a varied conveyancing caseload.



The Role

As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support fee earners across residential conveyancing matters.

The role will include:

Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Managing your own caseload under supervision
Drafting legal documents, correspondence and client communications
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
Monitoring key dates, deadlines and transaction progress
Assisting with exchange, completion and post completion matters

You will have a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and a proactive approach to developing your legal career.

The Residential Property Paralegal must have:

Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential)
Law degree, LPC, CILEX or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
Understanding of residential conveyancing or property law (desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
