What you'll bring Essential skills Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel capability and confidence using formulas, data validation and reporting tools. Experience working with large volumes of data, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines. Ability to analyse information and identify trends, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage sensitive information appropriately. An understanding of leasehold property management and the interaction between leasehold, freehold and estate management arrangements Desirable skills Experience working within the social housing sector. About the Role Are you an experienced Housing Officer ready to make a visible difference across a busy general needs patch? This is a rewarding interim opportunity to take ownership of approximately 800 properties, build trusted relationships with residents and use your housing management expertise to resolve issues, strengthen communities and improve neighbourhood services.
