Store Manager - Norwich
£33,000 - £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, working any five out of seven days, including weekends and bank holidays
Contract: Full-time, permanent
The role
Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead, support and inspire a close-knit team of up to five people.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store. You will help your team reach their targets while making sure every customer feels welcomed, understood and valued.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present on the shop floor, coaching their team and creating the kind of experience customers remember for all the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Manage the smooth running of daily store operations
- Create a warm, personal and professional customer experience
- Use consultative selling to understand each customer s needs
- Gather feedback and identify ways to improve service
- Maintain strong knowledge of the jewellery collections
- Deliver regular product and sales training
- Build a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
- Maintain the standards expected from a luxury jewellery brand

The person
You will need:
- At least five years management experience
- A strong background in retail sales and customer service
- The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
- Confidence working with luxury products and customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Three years jewellery experience would be preferred
