Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning luxury hotel, looking to recruit an ambitious Sous Chef to join their exceptional kitchen brigade. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside an experienced Head Chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen, producing refined dishes using outstanding seasonal produce.

Working within a Michelin-starred kitchen, you'll be part of a talented brigade committed to delivering outstanding dining experiences while continuing to develop your skills in a quality-driven environment.

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading and motivating the brigade during service
• Preparing and delivering dishes to Michelin-starred standards
• Assisting with the development of seasonal menus
• Training, mentoring and supporting junior members of the brigade
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
• Managing stock control and minimising waste
• Ensuring consistency and excellence throughout every service

We're looking for a Sous Chef who has:

• Experience working within a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
• A genuine passion for exceptional food and seasonal produce
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure
• A positive attitude with a desire to continue learning and developing
• Ambition to progress within an award-winning kitchen
