This role supports project delivery by ensuring comprehensive documentation is captured and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This includes defining and documenting scope and deliverables to enable the development of costs, and timescales, as well as supporting testing and change control. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Lead workshops to capture requirements and map user journeys.
