POSITION OVERVIEW Operating within the HR Direct Service Operations department, the Compliance Consultant will join an established team of 4 members, reporting directly to the Process Delivery Manager. The core purpose of this critical position is to embed and maintain compliance under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivering the end-to-end processing of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), Pre-Action Protocols (PAPs) requests, and various other Information requests originating from third parties (including solicitors, Jobcentre Plus, and the Department for Work and Pensions) as well as internal employees.
