Residential ConveyancerYork Part-Time £45,000 - 50,000 Pro Rata An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established Solicitor Firm based in the heart of York. This is an ideal role for an experienced conveyancer looking for a part-time position (3 days a week) within a friendly, supportive and collaborative team. The firm's Residential Conveyancing department has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional client service, resulting in consistent five-star reviews and a strong base of repeat business. You will be working alongside a team of 2 excellent Conveyancers, with scope for the role to develop into a full-time position if desired as well as fantastic flexible and hybris working arrangements.Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Provide a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other third parties
• Work effectively within a busy, target-driven environment
• Utilise case management systems to manage files efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate closely with colleagues while receiving ongoing support where required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working within a Residential Conveyancing department
• Confident managing your own conveyancing files with minimal supervision
• Good understanding of the regional residential property market
• Experience using case management systems and legal IT software
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a target-driven environment
• A positive, approachable and team-focused attitude
