Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team on a contract basis. This role is crucial for managing operations involving water blue-collar tasks and requires overseeing civil engineering works in the Worksop area. With an initial three-month contract, this position offers the potential for continued work on future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations safely and efficiently
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure work is delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
- Complete and maintain all site documentation and records
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders as required
- Drive site performance and resolve issues using initiative
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing civil engineering projects
- Strong civils background, particularly in water-related projects
- SMSTS certification
- Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) certification
- CSCS Card
- IT literate with experience completing site documentation and reporting
- Ability to manage a site independently
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in shaft sinking and/or tunnelling
- Confined Space certification
