Connections Support Administrator Location: Castleford, WF10 Job Type: Full Time Contract: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour Start Date: August 2026 We are currently recruiting for a Connections Support Administrator to join our client's Connections team based in Castleford. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced administrative environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the Connections team, ensuring customer applications are processed accurately, quotations are produced in line with company standards, and work is managed efficiently to meet regulatory and customer service requirements. Key Responsibilities Review incoming connection applications to ensure all required information has been received and identify any permits or easements required. Prepare and release schemes to Connection Technicians, providing an accurate overview to support customer requirement validation. Produce estimates for low-voltage connection works, including single properties and small developments, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards. Process desktop requests relating to disconnections, diversions, unmetered supplies and street lighting. Prepare accurate quotations using the internal pricing system.
